国际化对药学人才培养的作用及其实现路径--以浙江大学药学院为例

摘　　要：提升全球竞争力、培养国际化人才已经成为新时代人才培养的重大命题。浙江大学药学院以培养“兼具创新精神和全球竞争力的药学拔尖人才”为目标,围绕关键原则、关键内容、关键支撑、关键载体和关键保障五个维度,将国际化建设贯穿于药学人才培养的全过程,构建了“三三式”国际化药学拔尖人才培育体系,取得良好成效。文章简要介绍了浙江大学药学院关于国际化建设在人才培养过程中的实现路径和主要成效,以期为国内药学院校开展相关工作提供思路和借鉴。Improving global competitiveness and cultivating international talents has become a major proposition for talents training in the new era.The College of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Zhejiang University aims at cultivating“top-notch pharmacy talents with both innovative spirit and global competitiveness”,focusing on the five dimensions of key principles,key contents,key supports,key carriers and key guarantees,and integrates internationalization construction into pharmacy talents throughout the training process,a“three-three-pattern”international pharmacy top-notch talent cultivation system has been constructed,and good results have been achieved.This paper briefly introduced the realization path and main results of the internationalization construction in the talent training process of the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Zhejiang University,in order to provide ideas and reference for the relevant work of domestic pharmacy schools.
