基于灰色GM(1,1)模型的中国药师型人才需求预测及其培养

摘　　要：基于20052018年中国统计年鉴数据,用MATLAB软件建立灰色GM(1,1)模型,进行精度检验及预测。文章分析中国药师型人才资源的变化趋势,并对其未来10年需求情况进行预测,为相关政策制定提供参考。中国应逐步建设起高等药学教育药师型人才培养体系,加快推进专业认证与药师注册相衔接机制的实施,进一步完善药师继续教育体系。Based on the 20052018 China Statistical Yearbook data,the grey GM(1,1)model is established with MATLAB software to perform accuracy test and prediction,the article analyzes the changing trend of Chinese pharmacist-type talent resources,and forecasts its demand in the next 10 years,and provides reference for relevant policy formulation.China should gradually build a pharmacist training system for higher pharmacy education,accelerate the implementation of the linkage mechanism between professional certification and pharmacist registration,and further improve the pharmacist continuing education system.
