射频消融术联合部分肝切除术对原发性肝癌患者术后肝功能及复发率的影响

摘　　要：文章回顾性分析实施射频消融术联合部分肝切除术(甲组)和单一部分肝切除术(乙组)的原发性肝癌患者临床资料,观察两组患者术后肝功能指标、术后并发症情况及术后18月内的复发情况。结果显示,与单一部分肝切除术比较,射频消融术联合部分肝切除术对原发性肝癌患者的肝功能损害更小,术后并发症发生率及复发率均更低。This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical features of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent radiofrequency ablation with partial hepatectomy(group A)and single-part hepatectomy(group B)to compare the postoperative liver function indicators,postoperative complications,and recurrence within 18 months after surgery.The results showed that compared with group B,group A was less detrimental to liver function in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma,and had a lower incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rates.
