摘 要:苯酚是重要的有机合成原料,但具有毒性,对环境和生物体具有较强的毒害作用。用生物法降解苯酚具有成本低、效率高、二次污染少等优点。为提高微生物降解苯酚的效率,对从黄河三角洲盐碱地生翅碱蓬中分离出的一株能够有效降解苯酚的菌株进行降解条件优化试验,得到该菌株的最佳培养时间为36h、最适pH为7、苯酚降解最适初始浓度为500mg/L。Phenol is an important raw material for organic synthesis,but because of its toxicity,it has a strong toxic effect on the environment and organisms.Biodegradation of phenol by biological method has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and less secondary pollution.In order to improve the efficiency of phenol degradation by micro⁃organism,this paper studied and optimized the degradation conditions of a strain which could effectively degrade phenol from Suaeda salsa in saline alkali soil of Yellow River Delta.The optimal culture time of the strain was 36h,the optimum pH value was 7,and the optimal initial phenol degradation was obtained The concentration was 500mg/L.
