摘　　要：目前治疗高血压药物均存在一定副作用,而植物源ACE抑制肽成本低、资源丰富、安全性好等优点,成为研究关注的焦点。该文综述了植物源ACE抑制肽作用机制、制备方法、活性评价方法和国内外最新研究进展,旨在为植物源ACE抑制肽的进一步开发和利用提供参考。At present,there are some side effects in the treatment of hypertension drugs.The ACE inhibitory pep⁃tides from plants have become the focus of researchers due to their low cost,abundant resources and good safety.In this paper,the mechanism of action,preparation methods,activity evaluation methods and the latest research prog⁃ress at home and abroad of ACE inhibitory peptides from plants were reviewed in order to provide reference for the further development and utilization of ACE inhibitory peptides from plants.
