摘 要:当重大公共卫生事件发生时,健康信息传播对社会公众有着极为重要的价值。基于数字互联技术的新媒体可以实现用户同步或异步互动,这一点为我国医疗卫生领域开始逐步进入新媒体领域进行健康信息传播奠定了基础。因此,文章以健康科普类APP用户为研究对象,分析用户的基本特征、感知价值、认知体验以及对其健康管理行为是否产生积极的影响。研究发现,用户的个体健康管理行为受到平台信息卷入度、个体健康感知风险、健康信息素养、自我效能感和群体规范的正向影响,公众对健康科普类APP相关健康信息的接触会直接影响其健康管理行为。When major public health events occur,health information dissemination is of great value to the public.New media based on digital Internet technology can realize users’synchronous or asynchronous interaction,which lays a foundation for China’s medical and health field to gradually enter the field of new media for health information dissemination.Therefore,this paper took users of health science APP as the research object,analyzed their basic characteristics,perceived value,cognitive experience and whether these factors had positive impacts on their health behavior.It was found that users’individual health management was positively affected by platform involvement,perceived risk of individual health,health information literacy,self⁃efficacy and group norms.Users’access to health information provided by health science APP could directly affect their health behavior.
