基于新工科背景的高校人才培养模式创新研究

摘　　要：在新工科建设背景下,社会发展对新型工科人才培养工作提出了更高要求。高校要与时俱进,创新人才培养模式,进行人才培养整体方向及培养方式的改革,从而提高人才培养质量。文章从合理安排专业教学计划、注重教学运行机制的科学管理、注重教学质量管理与评价、加强教学基本建设管理等方面入手,探讨高校人才培养模式的创新措施。Under the background of new engineering construction,social development has put forward higher requirements for the training of new engineering talents.Colleges and universities should keep pace with the times,innovate the mode of talent training,and reform the overall direction and mode of talent training,so as to improve the quality of talent training.This paper discusses the innovative measures of talent training mode in colleges and universities from the aspects of reasonable arrangement of professional teaching plan,scientific management of teaching operation mechanism,management and evaluation of teaching quality,and strengthening management of teaching infrastructure.
