韩国高校馆馆员继续教育发展现状分析及启示

摘　　要：“双一流”建设背景下,高校馆馆员的职业素养亟待提高,高水平的馆员队伍建设需要持续开展馆员继续教育培训活动。韩国图书馆界在高校馆馆员继续教育方面进行了积极的探索,已形成一套较为成熟的馆员教育培训运行机制。采用文献调查法和网络调查法进行研究,阐述韩国学界在高校馆馆员继续教育方面的研究成果,分析韩国高校馆馆员继续教育发展现状和发展特征。研究结果表明,韩国高校馆馆员继续教育在相关法制建设、政策规划、机构设置、教育模式和考核机制方面的实践经验对我国的高校馆馆员教育培训有重要借鉴意义。Under the background of“double first class”,professionalism of university librarians needs to be improved quickly.The construction of high level librarians needs to consistently carry out the continuing education training for university librarians.The library circle in South Korea has actively explored the continuing education for university librarians.The mature operation mechanism has been formed for librarians’continuing education.Using the research method of literature survey and network survey,the paper introduces the research achievements of South Korea’s academic circle on university librarians’continuing education,and analyzes the development situation and characteristics of university librarians’continuing education.The research indicates that the practical experience of South Korean libraries has important reference value for the development of university librarians’continuing education in China in the aspects of legalization construction,policy planning,organization formation,training mode and assessment mechanism.
