摘　　要：乳酸菌(Lactic acid bacteria)为芽孢杆菌纲(Bacilli)乳杆菌目(Lacto bacillales)乳杆菌科(Lactob acillaceae)乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)的一种异养厌氧型细菌,能发酵大部分碳水化合物并产生乳酸。本文就乳酸菌的作用机理及其在水产养殖中的应用现状进行综述,以期为乳酸菌在水产养殖中的应用提供参考。Lactic acid bacteria is a heterotrophic anaerobic bacteria belonging to Bacilli,Lacto bacillales,Lactobacillaceae,and Lactobacillus,which can ferment most Carbohydrates to produce lactic acid.In this article,the mechanism of action of lactic acid bacteria and its application status in aquaculture are briefly described in order to provide references for the application of lactic acid bacteria in aquaculture.
