摘  要:聚焦电机制造产业群的岗位需求,开发了面向三相异步电动机智能装配的工业机器人综合实验教学平台,满足了自动化类专业开展数字化设计、工业机器人集成、工业互联网应用、MES系统管理等项目的实验教学。该实验平台以模块化设计的工作站作为执行单元,搭建了电动机智能装配5级框架体系,实现了电动机装配、检测和入库整个生产流程的自动化、网络化、智能化。实验表明,该平台可综合锻炼学生处理企业中复杂工程问题的能力,同时具备工作节拍高和运行稳定的优势,达到了工业级生产要求,为探索和解决电机制造企业转型升级的困境提供了助力。Based on the post requirements of motor manufacturing industry group, a comprehensive experimental teaching platform of industrial robot for intelligent assembly of three-phase asynchronous motor is developed, which can meet the experimental teaching requirements of digital design, industrial robot integration, industrial Internet application, MES system management and other projects of automation specialty. This experimental platform takes the modular design workstation as the execution unit, builds a five-level framework system of motor intelligent assembly, and realizes the automation, networking and intelligence of the whole production process of motor assembly, detection and warehousing. Experiments show that the platform can comprehensively exercise students’ ability to deal with complex engineering problems in enterprises and has the advantages of high work rhythm and stable operation. It meets the requirements of industrial production and provides the assistance for exploring and solving the difficulties of transformation and upgrading of motor manufacturing enterprises.
