脂肪酸甲酯的制备及其改性淀粉结构研究

摘  要:以地沟油为原料,经过精制与甲醇酯交换反应生成脂肪酸甲酯,减压蒸馏后收率为92%,质量分数为99.97%.玉米淀粉进行非晶化处理,再加入过量的脂肪酸甲酯制备脂肪酸淀粉酯.实验考察了反应条件对淀粉羟基取代度的影响,确定适宜的反应条件为:淀粉葡萄糖单元羟基与脂肪酸甲酯的物质的量的比为1∶4,以氢氧化锂为主催化剂,用量为淀粉质量的6%;对甲苯磺酸为助催化剂,用量为淀粉质量的3%;150℃反应6 h,所制得的脂肪酸淀粉酯羟基取代度为0.0611.脂肪酸甲酯的组成用GC-MS分析,产品结构用FT-IR和XRD进行表征.Fatty acid starch esters are prepared waste oil by transesterification with methanol.After vacuum distillation,the yield is 92%and the purity is 99.97%.Corn starch was amorphized,and then excessive fatty acid methyl ester was added to prepare fatty acid starch ester.The effects of reaction conditions on DS of starch hydroxy groups were investigated.The suitable reaction conditions were determined as follows:the molar ratio of starch glucosyl unit hydroxyl group to fatty acid methyl ester was 1∶4,with lithium hydroxide as the main catalyst and the dosage of starch was 6%,the dosage of starch was 3%with p-toluenesulfonic acid as cocatalyst,reacted at 150℃for 6 hours,and the obtained fatty acid starch ester hydroxyl DS is 0.0611.The components of fatty acid methyl ester were analyzed by GC-MS and the product structure was characterized by FT-IR and XRD.
