摘  要:目的:探讨3D打印导板在辅助温控射频治疗原发性三叉神经痛第二支、第三支的临床应用。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年12月原发性三叉神经痛进行温控射频治疗的患者110例;实验组通过3D打印导板精准定位,对照组采用徒手穿刺方式。评估患者疼痛情况及满意度。结果:实验组住院天数、手术时间、术后VAS评分、患者满意度和复发率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印导板辅助温控射频治疗原发性三叉神经痛,能在一定程度上弥补传统方法的局限性,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the application and curative effect of 3D printed guide plate in the treatment of second and third branches of primary trigeminal neuralgia by temperature-controlled radiofrequency.Methods:Totally 110 cases with primary trigeminal neuralgia from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into the study group and the traditional group.Patients in the study group were cured by the radiofrequency treatment through a personalized digital guiding plate,while those in the traditional group were treated by the traditional radiofrequency treatment.The patients were followed-up after operation to observe the curative effect and recurrence.Results:The study group in the operation time,hospitalized day,postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,patient satisfaction and recurrence rate were significantly better than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The 3D printed guide plate could make up for the limitation of the traditional method to a certain extent,and has high clinical application value.
