摘 要:一座高速铁路桥梁在景德镇内跨越昌江,主桥上部结构类型为(90+200+90)m预应力混凝土连续刚构与钢管混凝土拱组合结构。为分析支架施工和竖向转体两种拱肋施工方法对拱肋结构受力及变形的影响,采用MIDAS/Civil模拟施工过程,对两种拱肋施工方法下施工阶段和运营阶段拱肋混凝土和拱肋钢管的内力、应力、位移进行了对比分析。结果表明:由于拱肋支架的支承作用,支架施工法中拱肋混凝土和拱肋钢管能更均匀地分担外荷载作用;在拱肋施工阶段,采用支架施工法时拱肋混凝土轴力、弯矩、应力均比采用竖向转体法时大,而拱肋钢管的轴力、弯矩、应力均比采用竖向转体法时小。在运营阶段,采用支架施工法时拱肋混凝土轴力、应力比采用竖向转体法时大,拱肋混凝土弯矩除拱顶位置比竖向转体法时略大以外,其余位置均比竖向转体法时小;采用支架施工法时拱肋钢管轴力、应力比采用竖向转体法时小,拱肋钢管弯矩除1/4跨和拱顶位置比竖向转体法时略大以外,其余位置均比竖向转体法时小。在拱肋施工阶段和运营阶段,采用竖向转体法时拱顶位移均比支架施工法时大,竖向转体法时拱顶位移分别是支架施工法时的2.4倍和1.5倍。从拱肋受力、变形等方面考虑,支架施工法比竖向转体法更有优势。A high speed railway bridge crosses the Changjiang river in Jingdezhen.The superstructure of the main bridge is(90+200+90)m prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame and concrete filled steel tube arch combination structure.In order to analyze the influence of arch rib construction methods of bracket construction and vertical rotation construction on the stress and deformation of arch rib,MIDAS/Civil software was used to simulate the construction process,and the internal forces,stresses and displacements of arch rib concrete and arch rib steel tube of the two arch rib construction methods were compared and analyzed in the construction stage and the service stage.The results show that,due to the supporting effect of the arch rib bracket,the arch rib concrete and the arch rib steel tube can share the external load more evenly.In the arch rib construction stage,the axial force,bending moment and stress of arch rib concrete using the bracket construction method are larger than that of the vertical rotation method,while the axial force,bending moment and stress of arch rib steel tube are smaller than that of the vertical rotation method.In the arch rib service stage,the axial force and stress of arch rib concrete using the bracket construction method is larger than that of the vertical rotation method,the bending moment of the arch rib concrete is smaller than that of the vertical rotation method except that the bending moment of vault is slightly larger than that of the vertical rotation method.The axial force and stress of the arch rib steel tube using the bracket construction method is smaller than that of the vertical rotation method,the bending moment of arch rib steel tube is smaller than that of vertical rotation method except that the bending moment of 1/4 span and vault is slightly larger than that of vertical rotation method.In the arch rib construction stage and service stage,the displacement of vault using the vertical rotation method is larger than that using bracket construction method,the displacement
