摘 要:通过对石太(石家庄—太原)线半径小于400 m曲线区段上股铺设的不同热处理钢轨磨耗情况进行跟踪观测,拟合得到通过总质量与磨耗速率的关系,分析不同热处理钢轨的磨耗规律。结果表明:侧面磨耗是影响重载铁路上股钢轨使用寿命的主要影响因素;相比强度等级最高的热轧钢轨,在小半径曲线上股选用强度等级更高的H370钢轨可以减小侧面磨耗速率,延长使用寿命1倍以上,且使用过程中表面状态良好;对于各强度等级的上股钢轨,同一通过总质量下圆缓点侧面磨耗量最大,建议在使用过程中加强对圆缓点附近钢轨磨耗的观测。By tracking and observing the wear of different heat treatment rails laid on upper track of the curve section with radius less than 400 m in Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan railway,the relationship between passing total mass and wear rate was obtained by fitting,and the wear law of different heat treatment rails was analyzed.The results show that the side wear is the main factor affecting the service life of the upper track of heavy haul railway.Compared with the hot-rolled rail with the highest strength grade,selecting H370 rail with higher strength grade on upper track of the small radius curve can reduce the side wear rate,prolong the service life by more than one time,and the surface is in good condition during use.For the upper track with each strength grade,the side wear of the circular creep point is the fastest under the same passing total mass.It is suggested to strengthen the observation of the rail wear near the circular creep point in the process of use.
