摘 要:为研究不同野生罗布麻居群氨基酸的含量和品质,对吉林省白城市、内蒙古杭锦旗、内蒙古扎鲁特旗、甘肃省金塔县、甘肃省民勤县5个不同居群的罗布麻叶片的氨基酸含量进行了测定与比较分析,并且参考WHO/FAO修订的必需氨基酸模式谱评价了罗布麻叶片的营养价值。结果表明:不同野生罗布麻居群均检测出17种氨基酸,其中药用氨基酸有8种,必需氨基酸有7种;这两类氨基酸含量甘肃省民勤县的最高(分别为9.260%和6.114%),内蒙古杭锦旗的最低(分别为4.843%和3.268%);通过聚类分析将5个居群分为3类,甘肃省金塔县野生罗布麻居群和甘肃省民勤县野生罗布麻居群聚为一类,吉林省白城市野生罗布麻居群和内蒙古扎鲁特旗野生罗布麻居群聚为一类,内蒙古杭锦旗野生罗布麻居群独自为一类;在5个野生罗布麻居群中,内蒙古扎鲁特旗的罗布麻叶片营养价值为最高。In order to study the amino acid content and quality of different wild Apocynum venetum populations,the content of amino acid in Apocynum venetum leaves from 5 different populations in Baicheng City of Jilin province,Jarud Banner Inner Mongolia,Hanggin Banner of Inner Mongolia,Jinta County and Minqin County of Gansu Province were determined and compared.The nutritional value of Apocynum venetum leaves was evaluated by reference to the essential amino acid pattern spectrum revised by WHO/FAO.The results of the study showed that 17 kinds of amino acids were detected in different wild Apocynum venetum populations,including 8 medicinal amino acids and 7 essential amino acids.The content of these two types of amino acids was the highest in Minqin County,Gansu,at 9.260%and 6.114%,respectively;the content of these two types of amino acids in Hanggin Banner was the lowest,at 4.84%and 3.268%.The five populations were divided into three groups by cluster analysis.The wild Apocynum venetum populations in Jinta County and Minqin County of Gansu Province were classified as one group,the wild Apocynum venetum populations in Baicheng City of Jilin Province and Jarud Banner of Inner Mongolia were classified as one group,and the wild Apocynum venetum populations in Hanggin Banner of Inner Mongolia were classified as one group alone.The amino acid ratio coefficient method was used to evaluate the amino acid content in the leaves of 5 wild apocynum populations,and it was concluded that the nutritional value of Apocynum venetum leaves in Jarud Banner of Inner Mongolia was the highest.
