穴位敷贴疗法联合化浊解毒通便汤治疗老年患者功能性便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位敷贴联合化浊解毒通便汤治疗老年患者功能性便秘的疗效。方法选择中国医科大学附属盛京医院2018年3月—2019年4月收治的老年功能性便秘患者并随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组使用乳果糖口服溶液治疗,观察组使用穴位敷贴联合化浊解毒通便汤治疗。治疗后,比较2组临床疗效、Bristol评分、中医证候积分以及1年内的复发情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组患者Bristol评分高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1年内观察组无复发,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴联合化浊解毒通便汤治疗老年功能性便秘疗效较好,复发率低,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with Huazhuo Jiedu Tongbian decoction on functional constipation in elderly patients.Methods The elderly patients with functional constipation admitted to Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from March 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactulose oral solution,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with Huazhuo Jiedu Tongbian decoction.The curative effect,Bristol score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score and recurrence in one year were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Bristol score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM symptom score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no recurrence in the observation group within one year,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with h Huazhuo Jiedu Tongbian decoction is effective in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly,and has low recurrence rate,which is worth popularizing.
