乳腺癌患者化疗期间使用戈舍瑞林保护卵巢功能1例分析

摘　　要：1例有生育需求的乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者为保留其生育能力,化疗期间予以戈舍瑞林以保护卵巢功能,并对患者进行长期的监护、随访。患者化疗期间月经一直不规律,术后约半个月月经基本恢复正常。使用该治疗方法时,医生需紧密关注患者化疗效果,药师需长期监护患者用药有效性、安全性。There was one breast cancer case with fertility need undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy given goserelin during chemotherapy in order to preserve her fertility,and the patient was monitored and followed up for a long time.Menstruation of the patient was irregular during chemotherapy and almost returned to normal about half a month after surgery.When using this treatment,doctors should pay close attention to the efficacy of chemotherapy in the patient,and pharmacists should monitor the efficacy and safety of medication for a long time.
