摘  要:基于间断平衡理论和组织韧性理论分析了数字平台企业成长的机理,构建了数字平台生态系统的多Agent模型,运用计算机仿真实验,探究不同风险情景及其相应的风险治理策略对数字平台企业成长轨迹的影响。结果发现:提高融资能力、加强资金期限管理和动态平衡平台生态的扩张速度是“点状风险”的有效治理策略;采用适应性动态定价模式可以有效增强数字平台企业的“线状风险”管理能力;主动风险预警、严格平台用户准入条件和优化平台约束性交互规则是数字平台企业的有效“面状风险”管理策略;组合风险治理策略是应对“点、线、面”叠加风险的有效策略。This paper analyzes the growth mechanism of digital platform companies based on punctuated equilibrium theory and organizational resilience theory,constructs a multi-agent model of the digital platform ecosystem,uses computer simulation experiments to explore different risk scenarios and their corresponding risk governance strategies for the growth trajectory of digital platform companies.The results of the study found that:By improving financing capacity,strengthening capital maturity management,and dynamically balancing the expansion speed of the platform ecology are effective"point-like risks" governance strategies.By adopting an adaptive dynamic pricing model can effectively enhance the risk management capabilities of digital platform companies.Through proactive risk warning,strict access conditions,and optimization of platform-constrained interaction rules can effectively enhance the digital platform companiesf organizational resilience.The combined risk governance strategy is an effective means to cope with the "point,line,and surface" overlapping risks.
