摘　　要：大理白族大型民俗传统仪式活动"秧賩会"和"田家乐"是一种经济组织与传统民俗文化活动之间的关系;古老的"秧賩会"与"田家乐"之间具有螺旋式互相推动的协同效应;传统民俗文化活动起源于经济活动,经济与文化具有互相推动的功能。通过实施劳动者直接参与文化创新的路径,实现协同效应,将有效巩固脱贫成果,防范返贫,促进乡村振兴,推动民族地区乡村经济与传统文化实现协同效应的文化创新,发挥和增强民族传统文化的生命力。Bai ethnic folk cultural activities "yangcong gathering" and "happy farmland" is a relationship between economic organization and traditional folk cultural activities. A spiral mutual synergistic effect exists between "yangcong gathering" and "happy farmland". Traditional folk cultural activities originated from economic activities and economy and culture promote each other mutually. When workers participate directly in cultural innovation, a synergistic effect can be realized, which is able to consolidate the achievement of poverty alleviation, to prevent the return of poverty, to promote the cultural innovation of synergistic effect of rural economy and traditional culture in ethnic regions, and finally to exert and enhance the validity of ethnic traditional culture.
