高职院校专业设置与区域产业需求协调发展研究——以宁波为例

摘　　要：以宁波市高职院校的专业招生和就业的具体数据出发,从专业结构与产业结构的适应性、专业设置与产业需求的匹配度、人才培养与社会就业的协调性等三个方面进行了数据分析,探讨了宁波高职院校专业设置在适应区域经济社会发展过程中存在的问题,并提出强化政策引领,专业设置契合地方经济发展重点,与区域发展同频共振;建立动态调整机制,适应地方产业结构演化,打造产业融合发展体系;依托产业集群优势,加强专业集群建设,建设品牌特色专业等提升高职院校专业设置适应性的对策。Based on the specific data of enrollment and employment of students in Ningbo higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes three aspects:the adaptability between professional structure and industrial structure,the matching degree of specialty setting and industrial demand,the coordination of talent training and social employment,and probes into the problems existing in the specialty setting of Ningbo Higher Vocational Colleges.It is suggested that policy guidance should be strengthened,and specialty setting should be in line with the focus of local economic development and resonate with regional development at the same frequency.It should establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism to adapt to the evolution of local industrial structure and build an industrial integration development system,strengthen a construction of specialty clusters based on the industrial advantages,and build brand and characteristic specialty to improve the adaptability of specialty setting in higher vocational colleges.
