摘  要:以乳酸和乙醇为原料,采用经金属离子改性的阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,填装在列管式固定床反应器中。原料经固定床反应器催化酯化,再经精馏纯化制备出乳酸乙酯。具有反应条件温和,催化剂活性稳定且循环使用,利于工业化清洁生产等优势。试验研究了乳酸和乙醇酯化过程中,原料醇酸物质的量比、酯化反应温度和进料体积空速对乳酸转化率的影响。结果表明:原料醇酸物质的量比3∶1,酯化反应温度85℃,进料体积空速3 h^(-1),乳酸的转化率高,可为乳酸乙酯生产企业采用固定床反应器催化酯化工业化生产乳酸乙酯提供参考。Using lactic acid and ethanol as raw materials,cation exchange resin modified by metal ions as catalyst,and packed in tubular fixed bed reactor.The raw materials are esterified by fixed bed reactor,and then purified by distillation to prepare ethyl lactate.It has the advantages of mild reaction conditions,stable catalyst activity and recycling,and is conducive to industrial clean production.The effects of molar ratio of raw material to alcohol,esterification temperature and space velocity of feed volume on the conversion of lactic acid are studied.The results show that the conversion rate of lactic acid is high when the molar ratio of raw material to alcohol is 3∶1,the esterification temperature is 85℃,the space velocity of feed is 3 h^(-1),which could provide reference for industrial production of ethyl lactate with fixed bed reactor.
