基于OBE理念的课程设计及其效果探析——以《房地产经济学》课程为例

摘　　要：文中以《房地产经济学》课程为对象,以OBE理念为指导对课程设计进行了全面的重构,实践证实:相较于传统教学模式,OBE模式在学生参与度、学习兴趣、专业能力及学习成绩等方面有明显的提高。This paper tries to rebuild the teaching system for course Real Estate Economics based on OBE concept. And the results of the application of the design in a semester show the new OBE teaching system can more significantly improve student participation, learning interest, professional skill and academic grade compared with the traditional way.
