摘　　要：先天性唇腭裂患者在生长发育过程中会出现面部发育不足、面中部凹陷的情况,部分患者需要接受正颌外科的治疗以解决颌骨畸形问题。文章以作者近10年的临床经验和研究为基础,结合文献报道,对青少年和成人唇腭裂上颌后缩患者进行了适当分类,并提出了相应的手术方案,是作者对唇腭裂正颌外科治疗方案系统性优化的初步总结。Maxillary hypoplasia frequently develops in patients with cleft lip and/or palate(CLP).The individuals presented with ClassⅢmalocclusions and a retruded mid-face usually need orthognathic surgery to correct jaw deformity.Based on ourselves clinical experience and research in the past ten years,combining with literature reports,the authors classified the maxillary retrusion with CLP and propose a strategy for orthognathic surgeries.
