摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤标志物HSP90α、CA-724表达在胃癌诊断价值中的研究。方法选取2018年6月~2020年3月秦皇岛市第一医院肿瘤科收治的胃癌患者80例(胃癌组)和同期健康体检者73例(健康对照组),检测HSP90α、CA-724在胃癌患者及健康对照组中的表达差异,分别比较HSP90α、CA-724及两者联合在诊断胃癌中受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)曲线下面积,对比HSP90α、CA-724在胃癌患者化疗前后的表达水平与化疗疗效的相关性。结果HSP90α、CA-724在胃癌患者中较健康对照组中表达明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.43,P<0.05);HSP90α、CA-724 ROC曲线下面积均小于两者联合诊断时ROC曲线下面积,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);当血清HSP90α高于85.25 ng/ml、血清CA-724高于7.62 U/ml时,具有临床诊断意义。胃癌患者化疗后HSP90α、CA-724表达水平急剧下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HSP90α对胃癌患者的诊断具有阳性价值,HSP90α联合CA-724在胃癌中的诊断效价高于HSP90α或CA-724诊断效价,HSP90α联合CA-724具有评估胃癌化疗疗效的作用。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of tumor markers HSP90 and CA-724 in gastric cancer.Methods:The expression levels of HSP90 and CA-724 in gastric cancer patients and healthy groups were detected,and the area under ROC curve of HSP90,CA-724 and the combination of HSP90 and CA-724 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer were compared,respectively,to compare the correlation between the expression levels of HSP90 and CA-724 before and after chemotherapy and the efficacy of chemotherapy in gastric cancer patients.Results:The expression of HSP90 and CA-724 in gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(T=4.43,P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of HSP90 and CA-724 was smaller than that of the combined diagnosis of HSP90 and CA-724,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When the serum HSP90 was higher than 85.25ng/ml and the serum CA-724 was higher than 7.62U/ml,it had clinical diagnostic significance.The expression levels of HSP90 and CA-724 in gastric cancer patients decreased sharply after chemotherapy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:HSP90 has positive value in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.The diagnostic titer of HSP90 combined with CA-724 in gastric cancer is higher than that of HSP90 or CA-724.HSP90 combined with CA-724 has the effect of evaluating the chemotherapy efficacy of gastric cancer.
