摘 要:目的了解放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变情况,为放射工作人员职业健康管理及防护提供依据。方法选取2018年在杭州市职业病防治院进行放射体检的719例医务人员(分为诊断放射组和介入放射组)和107例无射线接触的其他医务人员作为对照组,分析其外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变情况。结果介入放射组和诊断放射组染色体型畸变率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);介入放射组染色体型畸变率高于诊断放射组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.177,P<0.05);放射人员染色体型畸变率随着工龄的增加而升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.617,P<0.05),工龄为10年~20年的染色体型畸变率大于<10年组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.035,P<0.05)。结论长期接触低剂量辐射会使放射工作人员染色体畸变率升高,特别是介入放射工作人员,小剂量辐射损伤效应明显,应进一步加强放射工作人员职业健康防护。Objective To understand the frequencies of chromosome aberration status of radiation workers,and provide scientific basis for carrying out the corresponding protective measures.Methods The study of peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration was performed on 719 radiation workers in Hangzhou Hospital of Prevention and Treatment of Occupation Diseases in 2018,who were divided into diagnostic radiation group and interventional radiation group,and 107 medical personnel without radiation exposure were collected as the control group for the study of peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration.Results The chromosome aberration frequencies were significantly higher in the diagnostic radiology group and interventional radiology group than that in healthy controls,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05);the chromosome aberration rates of interventional radiology group was higher than diagnostic radiology group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.177,P<0.05);the chromosomal aberration rates demonstrated an increased trend among the radiation workers with exposure time,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.617,P<0.05).The chromosomal aberrations rates in 10-20 year group was higher than those in<10 year group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.035,P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term exposure to low dose ionizing radiation will increase the chromosome aberration rates of radiation workers,especially for the interventional radiology workers,the effect of low-dose radiation damage is obvious.The professional protection of radiation workers needs to be further strengthened.
