摘 要:随着科技的进步,便捷的可穿戴设备给运动训练带来了新的视角。可穿戴设备在游泳运动中的应用为运动员和教练员提供了直观的技术分析数据,促进了游泳训练的科学化。本文通过运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对可穿戴设备的基衣原理与相关研究进行综述,经研究发现:1、可穿戴设备技术数字化程度高,对技术监测具有积极的指导意义;2、游泳可穿戴设备对运动负荷具有监控作用,有利于制定合理的运动负荷区间;3、可穿戴设备可有效的进行泳姿识别、游泳分段、划臂阶段等技术参数监测;4、游泳可穿戴设备发展历程循序渐进,是科学理论转化为科技成果的体现。With the progress of science and technology,convenient wearable devices bring a new perspective to sports training.The application of wearable devices in swimming sports provides intuitive technical analysis data for athletes and coaches,and promotes the scientific nature of swimming training.Through literature review and logical analysis,this paper summarizes the basic principles and related studies of wearable devices,and finds that:1.Wearable devices have a high degree of digitization,which is of positive guiding significance for technical monitoring;2.Wearable devices play a monitoring role on exercise load,which is conducive to the establishment of a reasonable exercise load range;3.Monitor the wearable device's swimming style identification,swimming segmentation,stroke stage and other technical parameters;4.The gradual development of swimming wearable devices is the embodiment of the transformation of scientific theories into scientific and technological achievements.
