摘　　要：文章基于社会网络理论,以个体网络视角,选取2009-2016年企业联盟创新网络数据为研究样本,通过负二项回归方法,探究网络闭合对企业创新绩效的影响,分析了知识流动的中介作用和知识多样性的调节效应。研究结果表明:企业网络闭合与企业创新绩效有倒U型关系;知识流动对企业网络闭合与企业创新绩效关系起部分中介作用;知识多样性会弱化企业网络闭合与企业创新绩效的倒U型关系。Based on the ego-network perspective of social network theory, this study chooses the enterprise alliance data during 2009-2016 as the research sample. This paper explores the impact of network closure on enterprise innovation performance and analyses the mediating and moderating effects of knowledge flow and knowledge diversity. Results from negative binomial regression method show that: the network closure has an inverted U-shaped effect on enterprise innovation performance;knowledge flow plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between network closure and enterprise innovation performance;knowledge diversity could weak the inverted U-shaped relationship between the network closure and enterprise innovation performance.
