护理本科叙事护理学课程的教学实践与效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨叙事护理学课程对本科生叙事能力和人文关怀能力的影响。方法 2019年9月-12月,以某高校大学三年级96名护理本科生为教学对象开展叙事护理学课程,共18学时。教学前后采用医学叙事能力量表、关怀能力评价量表进行评价,课程结束后采用半结构式访谈法深入了解学生的学习感受和对课程的意见与建议。结果学生叙事能力的关注倾听维度得分高于教学前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);叙事能力总分及理解回应、反思再现维度得分与教学前比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。人文关怀能力总分及各维度得分均高于教学前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。访谈结果包括学生学习感受和学生对课程的期望,其中感受包括叙事护理能力提高、人文关怀认识加深、重新感悟生命。结论叙事护理教学有助于提高学生的人文关怀能力和关注倾听能力,对叙事能力其他方面的影响还需进一步研究。Objective To explore the effects of Narrative Nursing course on narrative competence and caring ability of nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of 96 nursing undergraduates were included in this study.The course of Narrative Nursing was carried out from September to December 2019.The course had a total of 18 hours.Before and after the course,the Narrative Competence Scale and Caring Ability Inventory were used to measure the narrative competence and caring ability of students respectively.At the end of the course,the semistructured interview was conducted to deeply understand students’learning feelings and suggestions for the course.Results Scores of the ability to listen was higher than the score before the course(P<0.001).There was no statistical difference between the total scores of narrative competence,the ability to understand,reflect and reproduce(P>0.05).Scores of caring ability were higher than scores before the course(P<0.001).The results of the interview included students’learning experience and students’expectations for the course,and the former included the improvement of narrative nursing ability,the deepening of understanding of humanistic care,and the reunderstanding of life.Conclusion Narrative Nursing can improve the caring ability and the ability to listen of nursing undergraduates.Future researches are needed on other aspects of narrative competence.
