青少年赛艇运动员训练个性化要求探析

摘　　要：随着我国经济的飞速发展,人们越来越重视体育训练。对于竞技体育来说,需要遵循一定的科学发展规律。人体的生长发育规律决定了体育各个项目不同阶段训练的差异性。运动员和教练员在体育项目的训练过程中是相互融合的,也是相互排斥的,是矛盾的两个方面。对于体育项目专项能力的提升,需要保证运动员身体负荷能逐渐适应,这是保证运动员运动寿命延长的重要因素之一。对于青少年赛艇运动员的训练来说,也要符合这样的规律。青少年处于青春成长期,在心理上和身体上都处于成长阶段。所以,赛艇教练要结合学生的实际情况,对青少年进行个性化、循序渐进的指导。该文通过分析青少年赛艇运动员的特点,以及青少年赛艇运动员训练个性化过程中常见的问题,进一步提出青少年赛艇运动员个性化训练的具体要求,阐述青少年赛艇运动员训练个性化过程中常见问题的解答。With the rapid development of China's economy,people pay more and more attention to sports training.For competitive sports,it is necessary to follow a certain scientific development law.The development law of human body determines the difference of training in different stages of sports.Athletes and coaches in the process of sports training is mutual integration,but also mutual exclusion,is two aspects of contradiction.For the promotion of sports special ability,it is necessary to ensure that the physical load of athletes can gradually adapt,which is one of the important factors to ensure the prolongation of athletes'sports life.For the training of young rowers,it should also conform to this law.Teenagers are in the growth stage of youth,both psychologically and physically.Therefore,rowing coaches should combine with the actual situation of the students to provide individualized and step-by-step guidance for teenagers.This paper analyzes the characteristics of young rowing athletes,as well as the common problems in the process of youth rowing athletes'training individualization,further puts forward the specific requirements of youth rowing athletes'training individualization,and expounds the answers to the common problems in the process of youth rowing athletes'personalized training.
