摘  要:茶轮斑病是茶树的主要病害之一,严重影响其经济价值。为明确茶树轮斑病病原菌种类及其对茶皂素和茶多酚的敏感性,采用分子生物学方法鉴定病原菌的分类地位,并用生长速率法测定了茶皂素和茶多酚对该病原菌的抑制效果。结果表明:茶树轮斑病病原菌为拟盘多毛孢属(Pestalotiopsis)真菌;茶皂素和茶多酚对该病原菌均有一定的抑制作用,但茶皂素的抑制效果显著高于茶多酚的,前者的EC_(50)值为0.044 g/L,后者的EC_(50)值为297.397 g/L。Tea gray blight,one of the main diseases of tea trees,usually causes serious influence on tea economic value.In this study,the pathogen was isolated and purified from the infected tea leaf,and performed morphological and molecular identifications to establish its classification.Its susceptibilities to tea saponin and tea polyphenols were tested by mycelial growth rate method.The results showed that the pathogen was identified as Pestalotiopsis.Indoor toxicity determination indicated that both tea saponin and tea polyphenols had inhibition effects on the pathogen;with the EC50 of 0.044 g/L,tea saponin had a much higher inhibition effect than tea polyphenols,the EC50 of the latter was 297.397g/L.
