摘　　要：作为用途广泛的木材砂削设备,砂光机应保证运行稳定、可靠,且砂削质量能够满足生产的要求。而砂带作为高速运转的磨具,其运动对砂光机的运行状态和砂削质量有着重要的影响。本文通过介绍砂带的支撑(安装)结构,分析砂带的工作运动,探讨砂带摆动的工作原理及影响,阐释砂带摆动的影响因素及调整、控制原理。As a widely used wood sanding equipment,sanding machine should ensure stable and reliable operation,and sanding quality can meet the requirements of production.As a high speed grinding tool,the movement of sanding belt has an important influence on the running state of sanding machine and sanding quality.By understanding the support(installation)structure of the sand belt,this paper analyzes the working movement of the sand belt,discusses the working principle and influence of the sand belt swing,explains the influence factors and adjustment and control principle of the sand belt swing.
