血清丙氨酸转氨酶、谷氨酰转移酶、甘油三酯在体检中心检测脂肪肝中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清丙氨酸转氨酶(alanine aminotransferas,ALT)、谷氨酰转移酶(gamma-glutamyltransferase,GGT)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)在体检中心检测脂肪肝的应用价值。方法纳入2018年1月—2020年2月至医院体检中心进行体检的患者98例,其中49例为脂肪肝患者,设为研究组,49例为非脂肪肝患者,设为对照组,检测两组患者的ALT、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、GGT、TG、血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)。结果研究组患者的ALT、AST、GGT、TG、TC指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者ALT、AST、GGT、TG、TC指标异常率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ALT、AST、GGT、TG、TC指标对比,轻度脂肪肝<中度脂肪肝患者<重度脂肪肝患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体检中心运用血清丙氨酸转氨酶、谷氨酰转移酶、甘油三酯作为脂肪肝的早期诊断指标,具有较高的价值,有利于脂肪肝的早期发现、早干预以及早期预防。Objective To explore the application value of alanine aminotransferas(ALT),gamma-glutamyltransferase(GGT)and triglyceride(TG)in detecting fatty liver in physical examination center.Methods Ninety-eight patients who underwent physical examination from January 2018 to February 2020 in our hospital,including 49 patients with fatty liver and 49 patients with non-fatty liver,were selected as the study group and the control group.The ALT,aspartate aminotransferase(AST),GGT,TG and total cholesterol(TC)in the two groups were detected.Results The indexes of ALT,AST,GGT,TG and TC in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal rates of ALT,AST,GGT,TG and TC in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with ALT,AST,GGT,TG and TC,mild fatty liver<moderate fatty liver<severe fatty liver,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of alanine aminotransferas,glutamyltransferase and triglyceride as early diagnostic indicators of fatty liver in physical examination center is of high value,which is conducive to early detection,early intervention and early prevention of fatty liver.
