多元化干预对精神分裂症自我行为的影响

摘　　要：目的探究精神分裂症患者实施多元化护理干预,对其康复效果及自我管理行为的影响。方法选择医院2018年3月—2019年3月收治精神分裂症疾病患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机平行对比法设定组别,多元化护理干预治疗设为D组(30例),常规护理干预设为Y组(30例),观察D组与Y组自我管理能力中日常生活、心理调节、医嘱行为评估,并对患者治疗前后精神状态等康复效果进行统计学分析。结果D组自我管理行为和康复效果均优于常规护理干预比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理干预对精神分裂症具有显著效果,不仅可改善自我管理行为,改善精神症状,而且在康复效果方面具有明显优势。Objective To study the impact of diversified nursing interventions on rehabilitation effects and self-management activities for schizophrenia patients.Methods 60 schizophrenia patients treated from March 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital were selected and grouped by randomized parallel method,30 cases in each group.Group D(n=30)was served with diversified nursing interventions;group Y(n=30)was served with routine nursing.Observe the self-management ability of group D and group Y in daily life,psychological adjustment,doctor’s order behavior evaluation,and statistical analysis of the rehabilitation effects of patients before and after treatment,such as mental state.Results The selfmanagement activities and rehabilitation effects in group D were better than those of group Y,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing intervention has a significant effect on schizophrenia,not only can improve self-management behavior and mental symptoms,but also has obvious advantages in rehabilitation effects.
