摘 要:水平井钻柱系统黏滑振动严重威胁井下钻柱及工具的安全性。为了揭示水平井钻柱系统与井壁非线性摩擦诱导钻柱系统黏滑振动机理,基于质量-弹簧-阻尼离散方法及Stribeck摩擦理论,建立了水平井全井钻柱系统非线性动力学模型。对无钻压加载条件下的水平井钻柱系统在不同井段和不同钻井工况参数下的动力学响应进行了分析。分析结果表明:钻柱-井壁间的非线性摩擦会诱导钻柱发生周期性黏滑振动,且随着转盘扭矩的增大,直井段转速波动随之增大;造斜段管柱的扭转振动更加剧烈,且造斜段入口管柱的黏滑振动强度明显大于水平段管柱。研究结果可为提高水平井钻井效率和降低作业风险提供理论指导。The stick-slip vibration of the horizontal well drill string system seriously threatens the safety of downhole drill strings and tools,reduces the drilling efficiency of the horizontal section,making the drill bit fail prematurely.To reveal the stick-slip vibration mechanism of the drill string system induced by the non-linear friction between the horizontal well drill string system and the borehole wall,based on the mass-spring-damping discrete method and the Stribeck friction theory,a non-linear dynamic model of the horizontal well drill string system is established.The dynamic response of the horizontal well drill string system under the condition of no weight-on-bit loading under different well sections and different drilling conditions is analyzed.The analysis results show that the nonlinear friction between the drill string and the borehole wall will induce periodic stick-slip vibration of the drill string.With the increase of the rotary table torque,the fluctuation of the rotation speed of the vertical well section will increase.The torsional vibration of the pipe string in the buildup section is more severe,and the stick-slip vibration intensity of the pipe string at the inlet buildup section is obviously greater than that at the horizontal section.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for improving the drilling efficiency of horizontal wells and reducing operational risks.
