摘  要:2019年12月下旬,一场突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情席卷华夏大地,居家隔离、共抗疫情成为2020年初各方关注的话题。由于居家隔离,对于人们的生活方式提出了严峻挑战,如何才能摆脱家庭环境狭小的劣势,保证营养健康而又强身健体,顺利完成阻断疫情发展的历史使命,为此,该文从膳食营养和运动关系的视角,围绕每天科学的膳食结构、疫情期间更适合人们的室内运动、如何做到吃动平衡,展开了系统的阐述和分析,希翼能为千家万户“宅家”健身,提供一些有益的指导和帮助。In late December 2019,the COVID-19 epidemic swept through the land of China.Home quarantine have become the focus of attention at the beginning of the year,so the lifestyle in the epidemic environment is a severe challenge.How can we get rid of the disadvantage of the narrow family environment,achieve nutrition and health and strengthen the body,and successfully complete the historical mission of the motherland to stop the disease.Therefore,from the perspective of the relationship between diet,nutrition and exercise,this paper systematically expounds and analyzes how to achieve the balance of eating and moving around the scientific dietary structure every day,which is more suitable for our indoor sports during the epidemic period,hoping to provide some useful guidance and help for thousands of families to fitness exercise in"home quarantine".
