摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、访谈法,对体育硕士专业学位研究生导师队伍建设进行了研究。探讨了体育硕士专业学位校外导师的重要作用,分析了校外导师聘任管理存在的问题。提出了更新理念,充分认识聘任校外导师的积极作用;切实加强校企合作,建立遴选、职责、考核、激励等校外导师聘任机制;处理好校内外导师合作关系;建立校外导师教育教学的培养培训制度等。This article uses the method of literature and interviews to study the construction of the tutor team for postgraduates of the master of sports degree.It discusses the important role of off-campus tutors for the master of physical education degree,and analyzes the problems in the employment management of off-campus tutors.Put forward a new concept,fully understand the positive role of hiring off-campus tutors;effectively strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,establish a mechanism for selecting,responsibilities,assessments,and incentives for off-campus tutors;handle the cooperation relationship between on-and off-campus tutors;establish training and training for off-campus tutors System etc.
