高校武术教学的优化路径探析

摘　　要：随着人们经济条件的提高和健康意识的增强,武术教学也越来越受到人们的关注和重视。然而现阶段我国高校武术教学面临着一些困境,影响着体育教学的质量和效果。因此,该文在此基础上,总结高校开展武术课程教学的重要作用,分析高校武术教学的现状和致因,深入探究高校武术教学的优化路径,以此来提升高校武术教学的整体水平。With the improvement of people's economic condition and health consciousness,martial arts teaching has been paid more and more attention.However,at the present stage our country university martial arts teaching is facing some predicaments to affect the physical education teaching quality and the effect.Therefore,on this basis,this paper summarizes the important role of martial arts teaching in colleges and universities,analyzes the current situation and causes of martial arts teaching in colleges and universities,and probes into the optimized path of martial arts teaching in colleges and universities,in order to promote the overall level of college martial arts teaching.
