“一带一路”背景下埃塞俄比亚孔子学院汉语师资本土化建设的思考

摘　　要：为了加快埃塞俄比亚孔子学院师资本土化建设,实现孔子学院可持续发展,更好地服务“一带一路”建设需要,文章采用问卷、访谈等方法,对埃塞俄比亚本土汉语师资培养现状进行调查。在现状调查的基础上,分析了埃塞俄比亚汉语师资本土化培养过程中面临的挑战,提出了推进汉语师资本土化建设的一些建议,以期为推动埃塞俄比亚汉语师资本土化进程提供参考与借鉴。In order to accelerate the localization of international Chinese education within Ethiopian Confucius Institutes and sustain the development of Confucius Institutes so as to better meet the demand of“Belt and Road”development,surveys are made by questionnaires and interviews on the current situation of localization of Chinese language education in Ethiopia.On this basis,it analyzes the challenges that Confucius Institutes faces in cultivating local talents with international Chinese language education,raises some reflections in the development of localizing international Chinese language education and thus provides some references and suggestions in enhancing the development of localization in international Chinese language education in Ethiopia.
