摘 要:为探讨大数据时代下经济管理人才的培养创新,从专业定位、课程体系、师资队伍、教材建设等方面开展了定性分析,发现人才培养存在专业定位不清晰、课程体系不匹配、师资队伍不专业、教材建设不充分等问题。分析其原因,主要是对人才培养认知不足、融合创新意识不强、资源整合力度不够。文章提出了优化经济管理人才培养的建议,即:基于调查研究,明确专业定位;基于融合创新,创设特色课程;基于资源整合,培养专业师资。旨在为经济管理人才的培养创新提供参考。In order to explore the innovation of economic and management talent training in the era of big data,a qualitative analysis is carried out from the aspects of professional positioning,curriculum system,faculty team and teaching material development,etc.,and the result shows that there are some problems,such as unclear professional positioning,unmatched curriculum system,unprofessional teaching staff and insufficient teaching material development.This is mainly due to insufficient cognition of talent training,weak consciousness of integrated innovation and insufficient resource integration.Thus,three suggestions are put forward:making professional positioning clear based on investigation research;creating special courses based on integrated innovation;training professional teachers based on resource integration.These conclusions have important implications for the economic and management talents training innovation under big data.
