住院医师规范化培训之岗前培训效果探讨

摘　　要：在医疗工作开展过程中,医务人员合理有序开展工作尤为重要,为确保医务人员能够尽熟悉工作内容,提高专业度,岗前培训工作是较为有效的方式。该院自2014年开展住院医师规范化培训工作以来,逐步推进、完善过程管理,特别注重住院医师入院后的岗前培训,严谨设计岗前培训课程,涵盖住培专业基地、医学人文素质、医疗专业知识、基本技能操作、团队合作意识5大模块。该文通过针对住院医师的“岗前培训调查问卷”评价岗前培训效果,结果显示总体满意率达到83.0%。In the process of medical work,it is particularly important for medical staff to carry out their work in a reasonable and orderly manner.In order to ensure that medical staff can be fully familiar with the work content and improve their professionalism,pre-job training is a more effective way.Since the standardized training of residents in 2014,the hospital has gradually promoted and improved the process management,paying special attention to the pre-job training of residents after admission,and rigorously designed pre-job training courses,covering the professional base of residential training,medical humanistic quality,and medical professions knowledge,basic skills operation,and teamwork awareness.This article evaluates the effect of job training through the"pre-job training questionnaire"for residents,and the results show that the overall satisfaction rate reaches 83.0%.
