摘　　要：根据高温气冷堆球形顶盖的特点,以及重要核级设备表面不得有划痕或损伤的要求,设计了一种就位于反应堆球形顶盖且可自动调整水平的专用检修平台。该检修平台支腿采用上下两段分别伸缩的方式,可有效防止支腿相对反应堆顶盖滑动,以免对核级设备造成损伤;系统的3条支腿上部向内倾斜,1条支腿与中部安装框架垂直的布置方式,使支腿受力更好,更能适应球形顶盖的特点。In this article,according to the characteristics of high-temperature gas-cooled reactor’s spherical vessel head and the requirement that the surface of important nuclear-grade equipment cannot be scratched or damaged,an automatic leveling and maintenance platform is developed. This platform can level automatically after it is located to the reactor’s spherical vessel head.The legs,which are composed of upper and lower parts,are telescopic. This system can effectively prevent the legs from sliding relative to the reactor’s head and avoid damage to the nuclear-grade equipment. The upper three legs of the system are inclined inward. One leg is perpendicular to the middle framework. As a result,the legs enjoy better stress and adapt to the characteristics of the spherical vessel head.
