脑深部电刺激术在非运动障碍性疾病中的应用

摘　　要：脑深部电刺激术(DBS)是目前神经调控疗法中的一种重要方法,广泛应用于运动障碍性疾病。近年来,DBS在非运动障碍性疾病中也逐渐得到应用,如癫痫、AD、抽动秽语综合征等疾病,并取得较好疗效。本文现围绕DBS治疗以癫痫为代表的非运动障碍性疾病的现状及病理生理机制等内容综述如下。Deep brain stimulation(DBS)is an important treatment in neuromodulation therapy,and DBS is widely used in movement disorders.In addition,DBS has also been used in non-movement disorders,such as epilepsy,Alzheimer's disease and Tourette syndrome,and has satisfactory effect.In this paper,the status quo and pathophysiological mechanisms of DBS in the treatment of non-movement disorders represented by epilepsy are summarized as follows.
