摘　　要：近年来,随着微创技术的发展,腹腔镜探查分期术在局部进展期胃癌中的应用已逐渐被广大外科医师所接受。由于其具有创伤小、术后恢复快等优势,开展此技术的单位不断增多。如何进一步规范局部进展期胃癌腹腔镜探查分期术,提高对腹膜转移及腹腔内隐蔽性转移的诊断水平是目前亟待解决的问题。严格把握手术适应证,规范腹腔镜探查分期术操作流程,建立规范的运用体系为其推广提供技术保障,使患者更好的获益。In recent years,with the development of minimally invasive techniques.the application of laparoscopic explora-tion staging in locally advanced gastric cancer has gradually been accepted by the majority of surgeons.Due to its advanta-ges of less trauma and quick postoperative recovery.it has been carried out frequently in increasing institutions.How to further standardize the laparoscopic probing and staging of locally advanced gastric cancer and improve the diagnosis of peritoneal metastases are important issues which need to be resolved currently.Strictly controlling the surgical indications.standardizing the laparoscopic exploration staging operation process,and establishing a standardized application system may provide technical support for the promotion of laparoscopic exploration and then benefit for the patients.
