摘　　要：目的研究肿瘤标记物检测对鉴别良恶性积液性质的价值和意义。方法选取135例积液标本进行肿瘤标记物检测,检测CEA、AFP、CA125、CA199、CA724、CA153、SCC、CYFRA21-1、NSE,对其中80例恶性积液标本与55例良性积液标本肿瘤标记物水平检测进行比对,选取肿瘤标记物明显增高标本,与病理检测结果及相差显微镜下形态观察相互印证。结果80例恶性积液标本肿瘤标记物检测水平明显增高,恶性积液标本与良性积液标本肿瘤标记物水平检测进行比对,结果显示组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),说明恶性积液肿瘤标记物的检测阳性率明显增高。结论体液肿瘤标记物检测对鉴别良恶性积液具有重要应用价值。Objective Study the value and significance of marker detection in identifying benign and malignant effusions.Methods Detection of tumor markers by selecting 135 fluid samples,Detection of CEA,AFP,CA125,CA199,CA724,CA153,SCC,CYFRA21-1,NSE,80 cases of malignant effusion specimens were compared with 55 cases of benign effusion specimens.The tumor markers were significantly increased,and the specimens were significantly increased.Results The level of detection of tumor markers in 80 cases of malignant effusion specimens was significantly increased.The comparison of the levels of tumor markers in malignant effusion specimens and benign effusion specimens showed that there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).This shows that the positive rate of detection of malignant effusion tumor markers is significantly higher.Conclusion Humoral tumor marker detection has important application value in identifying benign and malignant effusions.
