福建省中小学体育教师专业能力培养现状研究

摘  要:中国基础教育的改革对从事基础教育实践工作的中小学教师提出了更高的要求,由师范教育演化为教师教育,重心为提高教师专业发展的意识和能力。采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、逻辑分析及数理统计等方法,以国内外相关体育教师专业能力研究成果为基础,并以“中国中小学体育教师专业能力标准”,进行体育教育专业学生培养的方向探究,为采用客观、合理的方法录用、选拔、考核、评价福建省中学体育教师提供参考资料。The reform of China s basic education puts forward new requirements for teachers who are engaged in basic education practice.From teacher education to teacher education,the focus is to improve the awareness and ability of teachers professional development.Using literature,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics and other methods,based on the research results of relevant physical education teachers at home and abroad,and based on the“Professional Ability Standards for Physical Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in China”,the training of physical education students is carried out.The direction of exploration is to provide Fujian Province with a more objective and reasonable method for the recruitment,selection,assessment,and evaluation of middle school physical education teachers.
