摘 要:响应性纳米材料在肿瘤相关疾病内源性因素(如pH值、过表达的酶、氧化还原等)或外源性因素(如光、热、磁等)的触发下,可发生结构和性质的改变,从而实现精准的药物递送和成像。不同类型刺激响应性纳米材料在结构、组成及功能等方面存在差异,其应用也不同,如受诱导产生光热效应进行光热治疗、发生结构改变释放信号或药物进行成像或化疗等。为了探讨新型响应性纳米材料的应用潜力,本文对外源光响应性和内源酶响应性纳米材料用于肿瘤相关疾病治疗及生物成像领域的研究进展进行了评述,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。Under the trigger of endogenous stimuli(such as pH,overexpressed enzymes,redox,etc.)or exogenous stimuli(such as light,temperature,magnetic fields,etc.),stimuli-responsive nanomaterials can change their structures and properties in tumor tissues,so as to achieve precise drug delivery and imaging.Due to the differences in structure,composition and function,these stimuli-responsive nanomaterials have exhibited diverse applications,such as photothermal therapy,chemotherapy or imaging by triggered drug delivery.To explore the potential applications of stimuli-responsive nanomaterials,this review focuses on exogenous light-responsive and/or endogenous enzyme-responsive nanomaterials and summarizes the research progress in the areas of tumor-related therapy and bioimaging in the past few years.
