摘 要:职务发明专利转化既反映了一国职务发明专利质量的高低,同时也体现了该国科技创新能力水平。就目前而言,我国职务发明转化率与发达国家之间仍然存在差距。影响职务发明转化的因素众多,而对发明人的激励机制在其中起着重要的作用。我国现有的发明人激励机制以奖酬为主,存在着激励模式单一、奖酬数额过低以及缺乏有益导向等问题。针对上述问题,可以从增加激励模式、提高奖酬数额以及转变激励导向入手,完善我国激励机制,进一步提高职务发明专利成果转化率。The transformation of service invention patent not only reflects the quality of a country’s service invention patent,but also reflects the level of its scientific and technological innovation ability.For now,there is still a gap between China’s service invention conversion rate and that of developed countries.There are many factors affecting the transformation of service invention,among which the incentive mechanism for inventors plays an important role.The existing incentive mechanism of inventors in China is mainly based on reward,which has some problems such as single incentive mode,low reward amount and lack of beneficial direction.In order to solve these problems,we can start with increasing incentive mode,increasing reward amount and changing incentive direction,perfecting incentive mechanism and further raising the conversion rate of service invention.
