摘 要:目的:比较机用不锈钢器械Gentlefile(GF)和机用镍钛器械Protaper(PT)的成形能力。方法:30颗下颌单根前磨牙被纳入此项研究。根据三种器械的尖端假想直径,随机将其分成三组,每组10颗,分别预备至GF Red(#23)、PT F2(#25)和GF Blue(#26)。使用CBCT拍摄并记录预备前后样本近远中、颊舌向根管壁厚度。计算并比较三组两个方向的根管偏移量。结果:实验结果显示,PT F2在根管的颊舌向以及近远中向的根管偏移量均要大于GF器械。另外在根中段,PT F2的颊舌向根管偏移量显著大于GF Blue(P=0.019),而在根尖端,PT F2在近远中向发生的根管偏移同样要大于GF Red(P=0.030)。结论:在本实验条件下,GF的成形能力要优于PT。Objective:The aim of this research is to compare the shaping ability of Gentlefile(GF),a mechanical stainless-steel system,and Protaper(PT),a nickle-titanium rotary system.Methods:30 mandibular premolar teeth were included into the study.According to the tip diameters,they were randomly divided into three groups,and prepaRed up into GF Red(#23),PT F2(#25),GF Blue(#26),respectively.The mesiodistal and buccolingual thickness of root canals before and after instrumentation were measuRed using CBCT.Root canal transportation of the two directions was calculated and compaRed.Results:The mesiodistal and buccolingual transportation of PT F2 is bigger than GF.And in the middle section,PT F2 showed more buccolingual transportation than GF Blue(P=0.019).In addition,more mesiodistal transportation of PT F2 was showed than GF Red(P=0.030).Conclusion:Under the conditions of the study,GF has better shaping ability than PT.
