摘  要:以正则通路为理论指导,同时结合习惯性运动,通过分析药物依赖者在躯体依赖和心理依赖两个维度的主要临床特征基础上,进而阐述急性有氧运动和长期有氧运动对药物依赖者的康复效益。与此同时,借助功能内稳态理论,进一步指出习惯性力量运动(即抗阻运动)是通过力量运动特异的信号转导通路IGF1-PI3K-Akt-mTOR增强肌肉蛋白质合成,而习惯性耐力运动(即有氧运动)可以通过耐力运动特异的信号转导通路AMPK/PGC-1α提高线粒体活性,即运动锻炼通过这两个潜在作用路径对药物依赖者的康复效益起到积极作用。Combined with habitual exercise,this study takes the normal signal transduction pathway as the theoretical guidance,and expounds the rehabilitation benefits of acute aerobic exercise and long-term aerobic exercise on drug dependent patients,on the basis of analyzing the two dimensions of physical dependence and psychological dependence of drug addicts with main clinical characteristics.At the same time,relying on the theory of Function-Specific Homeostasis(FSH),it is further pointed out that habitual strength exercise(i.e.resistance exercise)enhances muscle protein synthesis through IGF1-PI3K-Akt-mTOR,a signal transduction pathway specific to strength exercise,while habitual endurance exercise(i.e.aerobic exercise)can improve mitochondrial activity through AMPK/PGC-1,a signal transduction pathway specific to endurance exercise;that is to say,exercise would play a positive role in the rehabilitation benefits of drug addicts through these two potential pathways.
