摘　　要：在我国改革开放不断深入、社会主义市场经济稳步发展的过程中,中小型企业该如何发展面临着一系列的挑战。尤其在人力资源管理方面,中小企业更是不能够循规蹈矩,陈旧呆板的管理模式势必被淘汰,为了避免旧有的管理模式的不足,需要结合实际,去探索新的管理模式。因此,文中提出以B/S模式为基础依据的人力资源管理系统设计,帮助企业实现更好的人力资源管理效果并解决中小企业在生产过程中对生产相关数据无法做出准确分析,内部企业信息安全度不高的问题。With constant depth of the China′s reform and opening-up policy and the steady development of socialist market economy,the small and medium-sized enterprises are facing a series of challenges of how to develop themselves.Especially in the aspect of human resource management,the small and medium-sized enterprises can not abide by the old and stiff management mode.Otherwise,they are bound to be eliminated.In order to avoid the shortcomings of the old management mode,a new management mode must be explored in combination with the reality.In view of this,the design of human resource management system based on B/S mode is put forward in this paper to help the enterprises achieve better human resource management effect.The system is adopted to mainly solve the problems that the small and medium-sized enterprises can not make accurate analysis on production related data in the production process,and the internal information security of the enterprises is not high.
